Institutions of three Universities have cooperate in the teaching of
pregraduate and postgraduate radiology for several years already. One
area where a lack of knowledge of medical students was noticed in all
three countries, is poor knowledge of anatomy in the 6th to 8th
semesters, which has decreased or has been suppressed by other
information and exams. The same problems affect the young residents in
departments of radiology, radiographers as well as other medical
specialities using PACS together with a radiologic description. This small book should provide them with a basic knowledge of anatomy on images from different imaging methods and its correlation. The aim was not to cover the whole anatomy, radiologists required, but to provide basic tools for orientation in this subject. The Latin nomenclature is used for all anatomic structures. English description of the method and projection is used in headers and footers. Authors. Jiří Neuwirth, Anders Rydh, Rainer Rienmüller, Theodor Adla, Vojtěch Suchánek Praha - Umeå - Graz Free preview of atlas in low resolution. In paid version are images in higher resolution.
